A SHORT BIO
I grew up on the beautiful Sunshine Coast and then travelled for many years.
I worked on a Golf resort in Japan and a Ski resort in Canada.
I have since been married and had four children.
More recently returning to my grass roots, with my family to enjoy the outdoor lifestyle once again.
I am passionate about living life without compromising myself, (while compromising with everyone else in my life!).
As a child i was not well, and in many ways held back. This only served to developed a stubborn streak that runs through me.
When i 'grew up' I made a decision that i wanted to live my best life, and so i made it happen.
I know what it is like to feel as if life should be different, but to feel comfortable there, and struggle against the conflict of remaining who you are, or becoming who you would like to be, without even knowing that this is possible.
The advantage I have had is that i started my journey much earlier than most. At 18 i could see the limitations and it weighed my heart down.
Today, at 45, i can tell you, with my hand over my heart, that i feel better than i did when i was 20.
For me, it has never been about changing the way i look, it is all about how i feel.
Living an energetic life, filled with laughter,( and sadness), and knowing that no matter what life throws at you, 'you got this'.
My life has been a perfect blend of struggle and positive experiences.
I passionately want this for anyone else who is also hopeful.
Getting starting is the hardest part of the process.
Finding a safe place is the launching pad, while gathering momentum with the support of other like minded bodies.
This is my desire for Buderim Better Bodies.
I believe we make our own fortunes and i know that it all comes down to developing a deep love, and respect of yourself.
How you do that is unique to you.

It combines Kinesiology, PNF stretching and breathing to stimulate outstanding results in Range of Motion, comfort, injury recovery, stress reduction, co-ordination and more.
Walking is one of the most available, cost effective , and beneficial forms of exercise.
Often it is getting started that seems the hardest, especially if you have to do it by yourself.
These group sessions are not about 'putting in', it is just about turning up.
The first step in making the change, is through being willing.
