Here at Buderim Better Bodies we have 2 types of Weight Management programs.
One that involves conventional coaching and mentoring and another that involves Kinesiology identification of priority issue and or organ detoxification using meridian therapy.
Both work with the client to identify necessary changes and positive reinforcements.
I am not going to sugar coat it. Weight loss takes time. There are no short cuts or fast forwards. You probably took most of your life getting to this point. I could take a year to turn it around. It could take longer.
No weight loss program will work without the total commitment of the client, but at least with the employment of a professional consultation an individual can be presented with as many options as possible and accountability to follow through.
Address your lifestyle rituals, belief systems and your emotional habits. Reinforce your willingness to exercise, and think about your diet in positive meaningful ways.
Here at Buderim Better Bodies we prefer to work with and build on the strengths of the individuals. Weight loss subconsciously alerts the body to losing something that perhaps it is not yet ready to leave behind. And so, it is particularly important within our philosophy that the client feels they are gaining something, adding something or profiting in some way, from making lasting changes.
It is easier to make changes when you are happy and satisfied with the change. Imagine if you could lose weight, by eating more, having more time for yourself and gaining in your relationships. What if you could reduce your stress, make more money and retire earlier? Sounds like a pretty good Weight loss program to be on.
The Kinesiology packages are divided into:
One off, consults, at the discretion of the client.
A 4 week, quick fix program.
An 8 week, exercise and diet program.
And a 12 week total organ and emotional detoxification program which includes one of each exercise and dietary meet ups during the week.
I am working on a program that is more effective for the obese and morbidly obese.
The Weight Management Coaching sessions are also packaged into:
One off consults at the discretion of the client.
4 week Habit loop identification
4 week exercise and diet plans.
4 week, 6 week, 8 week and 12 week management and support plans.
All of these programs strongly recommend weekly weigh in and measurements, however, there are situations when this is not appropriate and this is accepted.
I also suggest joining the Group Fitness training sessions that are offered free to anyone who is doing a block of consultations for the period of their consults. Otherwise i am offering this at a really low cost of only $5.00 per session.
